Should delays or loss/damage occur, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with Sendle. All postage fees associated with returns, exchanges and change of address are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia = 1 - 7 business days
New Zealand = 5 - 14 business days
Rest of the world = 5 - 28+ business days

RETURNS

Chunky Boy® does NOT accept returns due to change of mind or neglectful care.

Discounted items / items on sale are FINAL and can not be returned or exchanged. Please contact me prior to purchase if you have any questions.

There are no refunds on "Handmade in Melbourne" knits. Please contact me prior to purchase if you have any questions to avoid confusion. All "Ethically made in China" knitwear, please contact me within 3 days of order delivery if something is not right to arrange an exchange or refund (minus shipping cost & transaction fees).


There are no refunds on pre-orders. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or gift card.
