DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary, please refer to your individual shipping notification for an accurate delivery time. This does not include the time it takes to hand make your knits.

AUSTRALIA - 1 - 7 business days, NEW ZEALAND - 5 - 14 business days, REST OF THE WORLD - 5 - 28+ business days.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY STORE MY KNIT?

FOLD NEATLY AND STORE LOOSELY. Each knit comes in its own storage box with a handmade cedar potpourri sachet. If your knit has sagged/stretched, steam gently into shape (on wool setting).

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY KNIT?

Look after your knits the right way and they will last for years and years.

Using an all-natural wool wash GENTLY HAND WASH IN COOL WATER or machine wash on a wool cycle (ONLY if specified on the care tag). Dry flat out of direct sunlight.

Beware of clothes moths as they love to eat wool. I recommend using our natural, non-toxic wool mist spray.

Pilling is caused eventually by rubbing and friction from general wear, it’s a normal part of a knit’s life. To remove these easily, brush in one direction with a fabric comb.
