The Flower Power Beanie is an easy-to-make pattern, beginner intarsia approved! Knitted from bottom to top with DK/8ply yarn and a great introductory pattern to intarsia knitting.
This pattern is an intermediate/confident beginner level pattern and has three size options. Sizes are determined by head size. Small (50cm - 56cm), Medium (56cm - 63cm) and Large (63cm+).
YARN AND MATERIALS
- 110g - 145g 8ply/DK yarn total (4 different colours)
- Circular needles: 4mm
- Tapestry needle
TECHNIQUES
- Long tail cast on
- 1x1 Rib stitch in the round
- Stockinette stitch in the round
- Intarsia
- Decreases (K2TOG)
