Taking time to carefully wash and properly care for your knit will ensure it lasts a lifetime, stays in shape and feels super soft for years and years.

WASHING

If a deep clean is needed, gently hand wash in cool water with our wool wash.

Avoid harsh detergents, never use bleach and do not dry clean.

Gently agitate the knit in the water for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Avoid wringing or twisting your knit as this can cause distortion and stretching.

DRYING

Lay your knit flat on a clean, dry towel. Roll the knit up in the towel and press out any excess water.

Unroll your knit and dry flat on a clean, dry towel out of direct sunlight. Flip it occasionally to ensure even drying. Always dry in a well-ventilated area.

Avoid tumble dryers as this causes wool fibres to shrink. Avoid hanging your knit to dry as it will stretch and distort you knit.

STORAGE

Fold your knit and store it loosely in a breathable fabric bag or draw with a draw bag/scented sachet (lavender, cedar wood, etc). This will protect against moths, keep your knit smelling fresh and allow the wool fibers to breath.

MAILER

Shipped (carbon neutral) in a 100% recycled mailer. Made from recycled plastics, this mailer gives plastics already in circulation a second life. A better alternative to single-use plastic. They have a second adhesive strip so you can use them again! Once it's served it's purpose, you can recycle these where soft plastics are accepted!

TISSUE PAPER

Custom, 100% recycled, eco-friendly tissue paper. Printed using soy-based inks on FSC-certified paper. 100% acid, sulphur and lignin free. This tissue is home compostable and recyclable.

INFO SHEET & THANK YOU CARD

Printed on 100% recycled paper and should be kept or recycled according to your council requirements.

PVC free stickers with UV screening to protect from weather and sunlights. If you prefer to not receive stickers please leave a note at checkout.
