Chunky Boy® does not take any responsibility for delays in delivery or loss/damage to items once orders have been dispatched. Should delays or loss/damage occur, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with Sendle. All postage fees associated with returns, exchanges and change of address are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES

Australia = 1 - 7 business days
New Zealand = 5 - 14 business days
Rest of the world = 5 - 28+ business days
Delivery times can vary and are out of my control. All standard post orders are sent carbon neutral via Sendle. Please refer to your individual shipping notification for an accurate delivery time.

RETURNS

Please contact me within 3 days of order delivery if something is not right to arrange an exchange or refund (minus shipping cost & transaction fees).

Please note: There are no refunds on "Handmade in Melbourne" knits. Please contact me prior to purchase if you have any questions to avoid confusion.

After this period, until the first anniversary of your order arriving, you can still contact me if any issues arise with your knitted garment with our 365-day quality guarantee. Please contact me at any time to discuss any issue you are having regarding your knit and I will help in anyway I can 🥰. The 365-day quality guarantee excludes all discounted items.

All products are carefully examined by me before being shipped. Some imperfections may occur. Please enjoy the individuality of your knit.

Chunky Boy® does NOT accept returns due to change of mind or neglectful care.

Discounted items are final and can not be returned or exchanged. Please contact me prior to purchase if you have any questions.
